Doesnt Display user online?

for some odd reason my forums always stops showing one person online why is this ? i dont understand at all. they will be on talking in the shoutbox and all of a sudden i look on the bottom and it shows them not on... and there not invisible mode because id still be able to see it whats going on here? .. .. . .

They log out? I would honestly ask them though if they are logging out. Also the whos online at the bottom doesnt auto refresh like the shoutbox.

well it seems like when someone new comes on the previous person gets erased. wow that was really fast response thanks.
