3.0.3 to 3.67 template problems

We've just upgraded from 3.0.3 to the latest, and a handful of template problems have come up. This is what I sent to the support tickets system, but i figured i'd cover all my bases on this one.

I've just upgraded our install from 3.0.3 to 3.6.7, and I've got some problems. One, our sidebar graphics aren't showing up anymore, which were refferred to in the template as $skinname/graphic. I suspect this variable been changed since 3.0.3, but I can't find a list of skins anywhere.

Two, the quick chooser for themes won't work. Three, anything remotely js using in the admin isn't working, and possibly somewhere else in the site. Finally, avatars (which we store on the server) are only showing up on the member profiles, not the threads. Sooo yeah

I suspect ALL this has to do with the massive upgrade, but I can't find any help anyware.

If you are looking for someone to update your templates from 3.0.3 to current, well that will most likely take some $ ;)

It was more a request for assistance in a theming forum, since I figured you guys'd know what you're talking about in regards to vBulletin variables and the changes in templates between versions. I'm not looking to pay anyone, more looking for a lead in the right direction so I can do it myself.

Compare the new templates with the old templates, and apply what needs to go from the old templates to the new templates. There is no magic way to do it, though you may find some file compare program useful.

And you'll need extra button images made, such as the multi quote buttons.
