How to restrict specific members to have their posts approved first?

Can someone tell me how I can set a feature on an individual member, where that individual must have his posts approved before they're posted? I know you can set it on specific boards, but that effects everybody. I'm trying to find a way to set it on individual members. So, could someone explain to me how I can go about doing this or could you point me to an add-on? Thanks :)

Does anyone know how I could go about doing this? I know it's possible, because i've seen it done on other forums.

Copy the Registered Users group and give it a name like "Moderated Users" group. You can copy all the forum permissions also. Then, go modify the Moderated Users group to be a Moderated group. Then, stick the users you want moderated into that group.
