I have 11 "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" right now. Everyone else has been able to get them but recently it seems I have a bottleneck going on or something. I found this under usergroups after a member who registered e-mailed me saying he never got it!
So he then re-registered with another username and got it. What do you think the problem could be? Is there anyway I can resend them to the 11 pending to make sure they get them?
Or how do I activate them manually?
Thanks!

A) E-mail was mistype
B) User(s) using fake e-mail to register.
This is a common thing and you shouldn't worry about it.
If a user(s) e-mail you on why he/she hasn't receive an e-mail. E-mail them to re-register and make sure he/she type in the e-mail correctly.

Is there anyway to resubmit the confirm to the 11 to make sure they got them?

You can resend the confirmation link. If you get an e-mail automatically (within 4 seconds) it's an invalid e-mail and you'll need to either A)Leave it alone or B)Delete the username...

How do I resend it? Do you know where I go in the VB Control Panel to do that?

Log into ACP
Click on "Users"
Click on "Send Email to Users"
Than type your "Subject" and your "Message."
Under "Primary Usergroup" make sure only "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" is the only one check mark.
Scroll down and click on "Send" and it'll send an e-mail to "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" only unless you have check mark on other catagory.

Thank you! I am at the screen right now and did what you said, in regards to the message it says this:
In the message, you may use $userid, $username, $email, $activateid, and $activatelink.
$activateid will be the activation number the user must use to activate his/her account. $activatelink will be the URL that a user needs to visit to be activated. Note: These will only be defined to users in the "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" group.
I've never typed it out before so would it be something like...

$username
$userid

That is correct.
You can test your self before sending an e-mail to the "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" usergroups.

Please make sure that you have an e-mail set up in the vbulletin option. If you do not have your e-mail set up in the vBulletin option, it will not send an e-mail to them.
Keep in mind that he/she probably has an invalid e-mail.

You've got to contact their E-mail provider about that.
Hotmail blocks out new domains that send e-mails because they think it's spam.
Make sure you tell them to check their Spam/Bulk folder.
More info at: http://postmaster.msn.com/ if you want to make users receive it in the Inbox instead of Bulk/Spam.

Vbulletin does have an automatic resend of this email 1 day and then 5 days after the email is sent. If the person receives none of these emails he probally used the wrong email address.

is it with the same provider for all? I know that my fiance is having problems with his site (nothing to do with vbulletin) sending confirmation e-mails to hotmail. He can send regular e-mails from the site there but for some reason it wont take the confirmation e-mails. Weird.
Please make sure that you have an e-mail set up in the vbulletin option. If you do not have your e-mail set up in the vBulletin option, it will not send an e-mail to them.
