Quick Reply AJAX Not Working?

AJAX doesn't seem to be kicking in when quick replying. The AJAX for edit works. Here is the error outputted by my debugger.
qr_init is not defined

Hmmm, I'm getting all sorts of weird Javascript errors here.

EDIT: Refreshed my cache and seems to be OK.
