Also they have rss feeds and i was wondering how to add this also to my website.

Zoints SEO, vBSEO, vRewrite, those kinds of hacks.
As for RSS, are you talking about your own, or someone else's?

Errrrr, all pages output HTML.....It's just a different file extension. What's so good about a different extension? I've already given you the hacks you need. Choose one from the list.
As for the RSS, yoursite.com/external.php.

I was wondering if it helps with indexing in SE's and all. SEO? Are the mods recommended?

Not anymore it seems, previously, SE's had problems with spidering dynamic pages (page.php?t=1, etc.). But now it is not a problem and SE's can manage them.

I was wondering if it helps with indexing in SE's and all. SEO? Are the mods recommended? Not in the slightest and neither do the ones that rewrite URLs to reflect the Thread Title.
Be VERY careful using most so called "SEO" hacks as most, if not all, are just snake oil and totally useless.
