Immage under username and tagline

Hi,

Is there a way to add an image under the username and the tagline. I would not be set for all member but just for a few types. Here is example of an image saying "Supporting Member". http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/v/2005923171875444078

Can this be done? And where do I make the changes?
