Didn't search to much, but, exist this kind of mod?
From here http://ip-to-country.webhosting.info/ we can find (updated) the ip ranges corresponding to countries.
Can't we have a little mod that shows in postbit the flag of the ip that the user is using in that moment?, and when the user is off show the latest?
