Need to move directory from index to /forum

I know I posted it once but I may have been saying things wrong. Our forums are located at our root aka index right now and we want to move them to /forums . Can anyone tell me how to do this please???

It should be just a matter of moving your files to /forum and changing everything in your includes/config.php file and admincp. And of course changing any mods that may have get affected by the move.

Someone else please add on if you feel I am forgetting anything
