Searching for a mod: pro and contra arguments for a topic

Hello,
I am searching for a mod which allows the members to give arguments pro and contra a topic. The arguments should be arranged in a table with two columns, one column for the arguments pro and one for the arguments contra a topic.
Maybe it is possible to integrate it like a poll, so that the list of arguments is located above the normal replies to a topic.

Is this possible and would somebody code this?
