country flags?

hello people,
i m looking for country flag mod where users can chhose a nations flag and it will display in everypost. is there such a mod? i ve seen it somewhere and I wanted to know if I can find it here

No problem. I have this installed, so it's on my 'installed mods' list. The images are in the thread later on, but ya kinda gotta dig.;)
