Slow in arcade.php

1 have 3s to load forumhome
but 1 need 12s to load arcade.php and my server Down
My server Dual-Xeon 2.66 . Ram 2GB
with 300 Useronline in 900s cookie .

Arcade have 1200 game .

do you save every score or only users top score ?

i use lastest version of ibProArcade
i use 16 game per page
i Only have 6 score now and only save user score
:( My php Run in 30s and when user go to arcade they have error 30s php run .

My forum have 80.000 member and 300.000 post . with 300online . In arcade have 10 user online
Using IIS6 with PHP Version 5.2.2

I'm seeing the same slow issues. http://www.klosterisland.com/forum/arcade.php

All other pages and functions on the site respond quickly.
I copied the site to a "test" server and removed half of the games and the response time was not any better.
I have changed a lot of the options (reducing what is displayed) and it still seems the same.

Thoughts?

try to open /arcade.php and set $AVATARRESIZE to zero
