The following opportunity interests.
If I reference internal forum links in the posts with the tags or [post], then at prompting the mouse on the link there is an emerging tip with the text of type: "Forumname - Thread 12345" or "Forumname - Post 12345" (see the link below). Is it possible to make a mod to replace such dumb tips with the beginning of the text of the corresponding thread or post, like on 'forumdisplay' pages?
It would be great to provide some options for the tags:
The length of the tip string in characters (default is the same as on 'forumdisplay' page). It?s needed if you make, for example, a dictionary with lots of links in one post. Then you can manually set the length of each tip to e.g. 100 while the default is e.g. 300.
The option to show or to not show the thread?s or post?s name ([thread=12345]the tip's header).
The option to open the link in the same (default) or new window.
The option to show a post as a part of the corresponding thread (default, e.g. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=900270#post900270) or alone (in the new window, e.g. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=900270&postcount=2).
I like very much the way I can format the tables with the vB Code [table] mod. There is a lot of options in that tag.
Could anyone make such a mod? I?m not a programmer, but need this mod very much.
