problem with quick reply

i've been searching vbulletin for hours now with no avail.

just upgraded to the latest vbulletin 3.6.7 from 3.5.3 nd my quick reply button does not work. the edit and post reply buttons work but i cant get the quick reply button to activate the quick reply box.

if i change the option to click not required i can use the quick reply box to post with out any problems

could someone please help with this very annoying problem

If I recall, you don't click the Quick Reply button to activate the Quick Reply box, you click IN THE BOX to activate it.

thats an option you can set in the admincp my members prefer to click the qrply button to activate the quick reply box but the qreply button doesnt work since upgrading my forum from 3.5.3 to 3.6.7

yes it is a custom style and i have 4 child styles running from this one. as far as i can tell the code is the same as before but the button just doesnt work. i have tried reverting the style and this still hasnt helped

any help would be appreciated
