i was try add new domain (cpanel) and i cant
my mainpage,usercp,searching not has problem but other pages not found
i dont know what must i can

You might want to check the permissions on the pages. I think most pages need to be "644"

you need to do that in the ftp. right click on all folders and select properties.

before you do that though, go to admincp> vbulletin options> search type and make sure it is vbulltin search type or that full mysql search typew isnt enabled.

either ur host or youve entered the wrong adress to access the page. check ur ftp again

i use zoints seo
seo options > Rewrite URLs > Rewrite URLs and insert keywords
