How to shift forum to a new directory

I have installed the forum and am running it in the main directory, but now i want to shift the forum to www.mysite.com/forum
Is there a way to do this without loosing the MODs that i have put up on the forum?

Also is there a way to integrate my forum's login with the login of a CMS (eg wordpress, joomla) ?

Just move everything and change the paths in Admin CP.
