Advertising block below the nav bar

Hi.

I am looking for a modification to insert one ad block between the navigation bar and the first forum.

Does anyone know of a mod that does that? Or how can I do that?

Simple HTML will do this as well. Go into forum home template to edit and use the HTML script.
