If I mark a post to be deleted on my forums it won't delete it and and hangs up on a blank page with this
forums/inlinemod.php?threadid=3807&p=

I got this with 3.6.5 and with 3.6.7

What hacks have you installed? Have you tried asking vBulletin Support?
