Hi, I'm from Spain and in my vbulletin forum I have as de default time +1 with the DST corrections and the time works fine for guests

However, when someone registers, it automatically shows it's one hour down the real time. If you go to the control panel, it shows the same: +1 and DST corrections.

How can this be solved?

Check the ACP -> vBulletin Options -> Date and Time Options: Default Time Zone Offset and Enable Daylight Savings. Also click the question marks for additional information about those settings.

I've done so and it appears as the correct time to guests, but if they register... they get the time one hour behind.

Pressing the question mark:

If the time zone for the Default Time Zone Offset is currently in Daylight Savings time, set this to Yes. Remember, this only affects guests and those not logged in. Registered, logged-in users can set their own DST options in their User CP.

Well, but how can I make them have the correct time when they register? Most of them don't even know there is a User CP.

Did you make sure when you set the time in vbulletin that you set it for where your server is and not where you are? Also, have you checked the time on the server to make sure it is correct? Does it get synced using a cron job?
