New Buttons

I bought a skin on line and it is installed fine,one thing is some of the buttons are in German.I have the folder with the relevant English buttons but I am unsure of how to get these onto my skin.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am not sure what I am doing here,in order to get the skin onto my site I uploaded the xtml file.If I do not change that how will the new buttons work...?

The images are not in the XML file. Upload the English buttons.
