Hi, I see on alot of forms people say "props" or "rep me".

Is this a feature built into vbulletin? If so, what is it called?

Also, is there any hacks that enhance it?

The reputation system is a built in feature for vBulletin. I suggest using the search feature, because there are a few hacks that enhance it.
