it depends on Hack identify sex example when registering new membership must managing sex selection and when choosing example (Male) register it in a male and in the registration of new membership and selection (female) register in a female name or girls and this becomes guys group and girls in the group That's what we can do :
1-Give the male group color and young girls another color if we want this
2-ban the entry of the guys for some boards and specific topics for girls
3-prevention messages to send young people to own and harassment of girls and this often happens in forums
4-other ideas that could apply to all groups, including that of those in group

I believe their is already something like this from I believe amykhar. Its add users to secondary group automatically. And I believe this is based on a custom profile field. only problem is this is after email conformation, although if you change the hook location to like register_process_complete, it should work fine just on the registration. Then just setup that extra usergroup to only have permissions in the male or female forum. Then for that forum make all set to no for the regular usergroups. Hope this isnt too confusing.
