I think you have done a great job with this, perfect for a business forum.

The skin is easy on the eyes. Everything seems well laid out.

The only thing I would suggest is to put the welcome guest message in some kind of table using your styles 'alt colours'.

Great! Very well layed out and easy on the eyes like Distance had said, the board really flows well with those colors for a business forum.

Maybe spruce up the welcome text a bit too make it more noticeable.
