Keeping Smilies Page On

Is it possible to keep smilies page on for all the threads?

I mean, once a member clicks the smilies page, it remains open and smilies can be posted on all the threads open.

Its not a default vBulletin feature I don't think.

Try requesting it in the free modifications forum :)
