Problem upgrading

I tried to upgrade from 3.6.2 to 3.6.7.

I uploaded all the files to the 'forums' folder, replacing what was all there.

When I tried to open upgrade.php, which is the next step, I get the following error.

Fatal error: Could not parse /mounted-storage/home15a/sub003/sc17602-EYUE/www/forums/includes/xml/bitfield_vbulletin.xml in /mounted-storage/home15a/sub003/sc17602-EYUE/www/forums/includes/class_bitfield_builder.php on line 121

Any ideas what's wrong?

Try re-uploading bitfield_vbulletin.xml, if that fails, re-download the package and upload again.
