How to make NEW POST view longer?

Whenever i log in and hits new post, i only get the most recent post (4 hours or so), how would i go on about getting it to be more than 24 hours? I'm tired of missing post because of this :(

You shouldn't be passing any posts, as new posts fetches all posts that you haven't accessed.
