Er, how to make it so that usergroup c an see thread titles but not thread content?

So they can go in the forum, be teased by the thread titles and then have to do x to see the thread content.

I sword I saw this somewhere, but can't find...

In your Admincp,under edit Usergroup options,check Can View Others' Threads to let them see thread titles but not the contents.;)
