problem with displaying newest member

hey guys,

sorry if i'm posting the question in wrong forum, i'm very new to vb. I had correct displaying of newest member about few hours ago but now it displays the 1st member in database as the newest member. I've tried to re-install the mods that i installed in last few hours but no luck. Could someone tell me what could be causing that problem? I could've figured something out by myself but i don't know where that select statement is located (file). Thanking in advance!

now a new member has registered on my board and the newest member is being displayed is the 2nd member in database
