Simple Image Posting

This probaly does exist but I havent found quite what im looking for. So if you can please point me in the right direction.

All I want is a very simple way for people to create a post and "attach" an image to it and the image shows up. Thats it.

I dont want any fancy gallery or crazy controls. Just a very simple post.

Can anyone suggest a mod that would do this?

I'm 100% sure this is already possible by default with attachments and a certain BB code...

When you post click insert image on the format bar under the smilies or scroll past your post while trying to post a tick manage attachments.

Well that does seem to work, it would be nice though if there was an easier way to do this. Possibly a link next to the attachment to say, add image, or show image, or something and it add the image to the editor.. anyone seen anything like this?
