Timed banner rotation?

I'm looking for a banner rotation mod that changes the displayed banner every X seconds, not just when the page is reloaded. In addition I plan to place this within a vbadv module to avoid a page refresh. I've searched here and other forums, so far have not been able to locate this mod. Is there anything out there that could do this?
