Required new member reading?

I've done an exhaustive search and can't find the answer to this, but has anyone seen a product/mod that will force a page on new members before they can post, such as a set of rules, or maybee a page with links, anything really. The only mod i've seen is an old one by amykhar, but i'm looking for something more 3.6 friendly..

you can use that one for new members, its what i use and it's quite good.
