Thread title tags for skin versions

I was looking for a mod that will allow users to select from a version of a skin (or a select menu of input box of some sort) that will then show that in tags similar to the styles section of this forum. Is there one?

I REALLY need this hack. I've seen it somewhere. Like the thread title, then floated to the right is like [3.6.7] or something. Its very important! Please help :).
