Siigh they just wont post!!

i ahve 22 members and ahve gotten them within...........3 days and well omfg they never post all they do day in and day out is play the arcade games...i like how there on tthe forum and all but i want them to want to post witout taking the games away!!!

what should i do!

Stop them playing games until they have a preset number of posts.

i did exactly what i shoudl and made it so they have to post 2 times before playign but it doesnt work...they dont need to post 2 times before playing...
