I hate colums in thread display!

One of the things I love about Vbulletin is there's so much info to display within each thread. One of the things I hate is that there's so much info to display within each thread!

Instead of separate columns for Thread name, last post, replies, views, etc, I would LOVE to simply have the thread displayed in a single line, separated like this:

NEW POST! FOR SALE - New dishwasher - bob1964 - 11:13PM (10 views)

I've looked in the threadbits file but I do not see where to make this change. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

threadbit
and all threadbit_xx
forumdisplay - in numerous places
threadbit_announcement

maybe some of the javascript files

who knows what else
