Edit forum descriptions ?

Hi All,

Wondering what template I can edit to change the look of the forum descriptions at the top of each forum.

IE:
Design and Graphics Discussions: Discuss anything related to creating vBulletin styles, graphics, template editing, etc.

I think this is what your talking about.

Admincp> style manager>skin choice> all style options> Then look for a section called "Category Strips".
