hey, I just got a VBulletin forum this week, and Im having problems trying to get the stuff go onto the web, Im not sure I really know what Im doing, I got it downloaded into my computer.

Upload it to your server with an FTP client.

To run a vBulletin, you'll need a host provider that offers mysql..
Do google search and see what's a good hosting provider.

Mysql shouldn't be your only concern, bandwith, space,speed etc.

We don't use free hosting sites. If you can afford the money to buy vBulletin, you can afford hosting.

After hosting I would suggest a domain name as well :)

i cannot see if you are a licenced vb holder but, but if you are i can provide a free subdomain off one of my reseller accounts if you want..

We don't use free hosting sites. If you can afford the money to buy vBulletin, you can afford hosting.
The reason for this is because free hosting lacks support, uptime and features. Also 99% of the time you get advertisments forced onto your pages.
