from where to remove plugin via cpanel?

i got db error after importing welcome panel template rewrite plugin
i'm not able to acees acp also..got db error in aco too

solve my prb plz wht to do now

can i remove plugin via cpanel?
in which folder and name?
plz guide me

4. You have a bad plugin installed. To disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
