Can someone please help me? (bbcodes)

Ok so for some reason my BB codes are not working anywhere on my forum. I went to vb options>bbcode settings thinking maybe it was disabled but the enable/disable button is not there. Also when I open this option I have this warning at the top of the page.

wow, let me tell you something. If you submit a ticket to vBulletin.com, or a thread they'' answer this extremely quick. It seems that this could be a database error. But I dont have a clue really. Go there, since your licensed.
