Automatic template changes

Hope someone can help.

What would stop automatic template alterations? I mean they were working fine (i.e the ajax mood changer) and then I must have done something that undid it all. Were is the option to turn them all back on?

They are located in plugins and they wouldn't have automatically turned "off". Did you install a new style?
