ok so im not good with photo shop and i hate asking for things done, but can someone pleaseeeee remove the "YOUR DOMAIN" and the "SMALL WRITING UNDERNEITH" when i do it i leave smudge marks.
this would be orsum thx.

You are using wrong tool. This logo uses background that can be scaled horizontally, so just select square near text, and stretch it horizontally.

In photoshop, use the marquee tool. Its the rectangle selection tool, then go into free transform.
