My company has made a design for a forum.. I was

If you are saying if the cost of your vbulletin lisence would go up with a skin, the answer is no. Nothing can raise or lower the price of an owned lisence other than buying in bulk.

actually if you hire someone to do the job of importing your design to a vBulletin format, it have no link with the purchase of the vBulletin software itself... you buy the software from vBulletin.com, and the guy who would flip your design is an independant...

the main situation here is that if you have a .psd of your design, if it is sliced properly, it is not complicated to port it to vBulletin, as vBulletin is HTML/CSS driven on templates.

If your question is how 'nex said it was, vbulletin custom work is no part of Jelsoft and may or may not cost you extra. vb.org modifications do not.

Yes it is.
