Member ID?

Hi, how can i get a ID number to my members ex: 1: xxxx 2: xxxx 3: xxxxx etc in memberlist.. I have VB 3.6.5. Plz Help:confused:

You can visit the members profile or hover your cursor on their username to see the user id which would look like u=xxxxxxx. You can also find their ID in admincp by searching the member.

Ok.. But i have to see it in the Members list ex:
