Unsubscribe Option via Thread Listing

Quick easy access to unsubscribe from a thread.

Provides members the option to unsubscribe via the thread listing page (forumdisplay.php).

No templates edits necessary just upload via Product Manager.

On another note I had to edit the plugin to remove the dimensions from the anchor. I don't use the default vB image so it screwed up it's display.
