Need help with killing live links

Hello i am running vBulletin 3.6.7 and i am haveing trouble with alot of my members posting live links on my board. i have searched and searched on this site for a mod to automatically kill live links when they are posted and cant find anything to help me. i know you can just remove the check mark from the automatically parse links in text box that works for me but the members dont listin when you tell them. so can anyone help me find where it is posted here or tell me how to make the board automatically kill the live links.

You can use the "censorship options" and have "http://" and "www." as a censored word.

Users will not be able to post live links anymore.
