Anti Spam: Limit Amount Of Posts In A Certain Time Frame

Hi,

Is there a way to set a limit of posts a user can make in a certain time-frame? My community gets alot of spammers and it's a huge issue. I'm trying to cut down on it by maybe limiting how much times a user can post in an hour for example.

In your control panel under

vbulletin options-

Message Posting and Editing Options

Minimum Time Between Posts

Set the amount of time to prevent spamming and flooding.

If you do not have this option then you may need to update to a newer release of vbulletin.
