This has been blank for a Looong time and I just never really paid attention to it. I have some events coming up that I'd like to show the public groups.

Is there a setting somewhere to stop this from showing ?
I've upgraded a few times and it's still showing blank.

What should I look for ?

ps. if I disable plugins, it's still blank

thanks in advanced

Have you tried reuploading the php page?

Are any of your groups set to be showed on that list (select the usergroup and make sure "Viewable on Show Groups" is set to Yes)?

Weird...showgroups.php should never be blank like that. Check with vBulletin Support.

did you try to see what can be related to this page ?!.. plugin related to members, product related to any function that display members infos in postbit...

try by deactivating the products...

That was the first place I looked, the only hack that deals with usergroups at all is miserable user hack.

Here is the solution that worked for me!

I have 2300+ members, and for some reason they were marked "Viewable on Show Groups" YES...

I guess that's too many members to show, so I unchecked ALL of my groups from being viewable on show groups, and checked YES for administrators and moderators.

It works flawlessly now!!!

I think the bug has something to do with memory, and if you have too many members it wont display anything.
