Basic Adsense/Banner Rotation

I've searched the forum a bit and asked a few friends of mine but I can't get a basic Adsense/Banner Rotation script to work.

Its actually an Adbrite script.

I want my header template to rotate between a .gif banner I have and my adbrite code.

Any ideas?

The adbrite code is based on javascript and php. The banner is just a single .gif file.

I tried to use a simple banner rotator that I saw in the forum here, but it didn't work. Just displayed odd code.
