I am upgrading 3.6.5 to 3.6.7 , after uploading files to server , where i have to acess to setup it ?????

yes i am looking this option ,,With the newest vBulletin files uploaded to your web server, you can now proceed to run the upgrade script. To do this, point your web browser at http://www.example.com/forums/install/upgrade.php, replacing www.example.com/forums with the correct URL to your own vBulletin installation.

but dont understand ,,
can u explain please what is exectly URL that i have follow?

Just replace "EXAMPLE.COM" with "YOURWEBSITE.COM" ...
