I like how you guys did here.. Split the forum in 5 sections

HOME - FORUMS - ARTICLES - MODS - STYLES

my forum is kind of getting crowded, and I'm looking to do similar on my forum... and how would I go on about doing that?

ps. If the modification is not available I am willing to hire someone to do it for me..

Thank you

- Ismar

It's just some HTML in the theme.

They are just buttons pointing to different forum categories ;)

I think you're looking for something like this:

Not sure if this works with the latest version of vB or not.

Display order to 0 (zero) works :).

^ nublet, there's nothing basic about it to me :D But yeah.

There are many styles just like that with buttons...

My forum has my own style that I'm still falling over myself proud of. lol, But Actually someone said above forum display 0 works. That's what I was missing. It's not the look of the buttons that are important. It was splitting the forum without cluttering up the main index. I just needed someone to draw a picture of the duh factor for me.

Thanks Dismounted!

This was already discussed here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=143032 ...and I outlined how to do it step-by-step here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=1220020&postcount=25 The tabs are just html images inserted in the header. Hope that helps! :D
