View templates without php file.

Is it possible to view templates in your browser without using a php file to fetch them?

Trying not to bump this, but im sure Kerry-Anne posted something like this, i just cant find it. Im sure at least 1 of the 200,000 users here have seen it.

When editing the template, find a button called "preview". It shows up really sloppily but you get the basic idea.
